Drug/Alcohol Usage – Birth mother admits to cigarette use. She has also used marijuana sporadically during the pregnancy and methamphetamines 2x/during pregnancy before she knew.

Drug/Alcohol Usage – Reports no cigarette, alcohol, or drug use during pregnancy.
Other Children – Has had 6 other children. She only parents one child. Three were adopted through foster families, 1 is with a family member, and 1 passed away as an infant.
