Photo Friday: Finalization

First of all, our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to everyone affected by the tragic school shooting in Newtown, Connecticut today. There is a lot that people want to say about gun violence and gun control and how the government can step in to change the system, but right now, the most important thing is that we hug our children, cherish our families and send our love to the parents and families who lost children too young, too soon.

With that said, we have a photo today that celebrates life, love and the creation of a new family – a beautiful reminder of the goodness that still exists in the world. This is one of our families who finalized their adoption during National Adoption Month. They look so happy, and it’s a wonderful picture of such a special moment.
