Father and Daughter Reunited After 24 Years

Reunions can be a tricky situation to navigate. Sometimes the birth parents want it while the adoptee doesn’t, or vice versa. But in the case of Amy Roberson and Will Russell, both are so glad to have found one another. After Amy called her father, asking to meet, the two discovered they had both been volunteering at the same rescue mission for months. How incredible is that?

It really does go to show you that life works in mysterious ways, and that everything happens for a reason. Like with Will and Amy, blessings come when you keep your heart open to anything, and we couldn’t be more thrilled for them and the start of their new life as father and daughter. What a special Father’s Day story! Your Father’s Day may not have been as exciting as Will and Amy’s, but we do hope it was wonderful, relaxing and filled with family.
