Have A Gentle Weekend

Halfway through October! Where has the time gone? In this off-kilter, no-expectations year, we hope there’s been a gentle transition into the new season and all the relaxation that cooler temperatures bring.

This weekend, we hope you do something kind for yourself, whatever that means to you. Perhaps taking yourself out on a date, taking a moment to indulge in a ritual or activity you don’t often have time for, or a few decadent moments of rest, where you’re able to settle into a calm, soothed relaxed state. Put on your own oxygen mask first, as they say.
