Steve Jobs biography

You’d have be living in a pretty secluded world to not know that Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple, died on October 5 of pancreatic cancer. Probably one of the most important innovators of all time, Jobs not only changed the world and the way we communicate through his incredible products, but he has also raised a lot of discussion about the adoption world and his own adoption.

The biography, Steve Jobs, comes out today and was written by Walter Isaacson, who conducted over 40 interviews with the ailing guru before he died. Although Jobs was largely remembered in a positive light, there is an interesting side that’s revealed to him regarding his adoption. In the book, Jobs discusses his feelings about being adopted, and the sometimes unpleasant way he treated his adoptive parents.

It’s always interesting to look at the stories of influential individuals who’ve been adopted and how their adoption shaped their life’s experiences — we’re really looking forward to reading this book to see how Jobs’ adoption had an impact on his life. You’d better get your hands on a copy ASAP, though — it’s going to go fast!
