When I First Met My Child

No matter who you are, or how your child comes into your life, you never forget the moment when you first meet your child. The Dave Thomas Foundation created a really beautiful video about parents who met their child for the first time through adoption, and what that felt like. The thankfulness, the joy, the immediate feeling that they were now a parent is really inspiring. And it just goes to show – a parent is a parent, and can be so no matter how their child arrives.
